The Becca Mead Scholarship Fund is an endowed scholarship in the School of Fine Arts at Ohio University. This scholarship is to be awarded based on the talents of the applicants. Becca was passionate about her art. She loved Athens and Ohio University. Music, skateboarding, snowboarding, her friends, and a love of animals were other passions in Becca’s life. All of her passions are reflected in her photography.
Each year Becca applied for and received talent scholarships. She cherished these scholarship awards as recognition of her art. Scholarships have become an essential part of funding the education of our future leaders. This fund is to honor her memory and to celebrate her life. It is our hope that this scholarship can help other students achieve their passion.
